The four project partners of project Adriawet 2000 are responsible for wetland management in NATURA 2000 areas, while also grappling with the challenges of the protection of biodiversity and opportunities for sustainable social and economic development. The proposed project aims to obtain data on biological diversity, to implement monitoring and management of scientific data in a common web portal, prepare programs for the integrated management of wetlands, the overall planning of content and activities in the field of education as well as cultural awareness, and developing models of cooperation at the local level by involving new actors while promoting sustainable development.
